All SPB - X Managers,  As you know each year I send a report out on players who did not meet the 50% 
usage requirement. This affects all batters with 50 or more PA's, and all pitchers with 50 or more BF.
 
     I will list them by team, player name, and primary position.  They will be placed in the next 
rookie draft, which I will also note with this list. 

     First though, here are the 9 teams and managers who did not lose anyone this year:  
S.F. Seals (Ungashick), Brun. Bean Brewers (Brunner), N.Y. Mutuals (DeZarlo), Lou. Colonels (Applegate), 
Det. Titans (Meyering), W. B. Sprudels (Ryan), N.H. Whiffenpoofs (Williams), Brooklyn Dodgers (Murphy) 
and Frankfort Frogs (Plunkitt).
    
The following 3 teams lost one player each:

A couple of useful players lost this time, which happens occasionally.  However, I sent out at least 2 lists of 
players that had not reached 50% during the season; one starting in early August, and a 2nd one in early September.  

That first list in early August had 86 total players, and at the end only 15 players were lost.  So, overall, a good job.
