Starting with this season, there are no players lost to overusage.  All players on the list are lost due to 
underusage.  Unless protected (see below), all of these players will be placed in the 2011 rookie draft if 
they are carded on the upcoming season disk.

Those players with an asterisk (*) next to their names are eligible to be kept, based on real life statistics 
from the previous season. This is outlined in rule 7D of the constitution.  Players with a (+) symbol means that
team has selected that player to protect. 

If you have a player with an asterisk, you are able to select ONE player to keep for the next season that will 
not count against your protected roster for phase 2.    This is different than the uncarded players, which will 
be announced when the 2011 season disk comes out.
