2 lists of players here.  First, is the list of players who failed to achieve 50% of their At Bats or Innings Pitched.  
This has been adjusted to be in sync with the new standard of applying only to players with 150 or more at bats and/or 
50 innings pitched.  Eligible players from this list will be added to the rookies in the January rookie draft.

Those players who failed to meet 50% Use/Lose and were on the rosters of the
4 disbaned teams, will be added to the dispersal draft:.  They are: Rollers:
