As we wait for the '54 W.S. to be played (which is scheduled to begin on Monday evening), here is the report for 50% loses from play of the 1954 season.  Overall, no one of much consequence was lost.  Just a few fringe players, or players who never played after the 1954 season.  So, jobs well done, guys!
    I will list player names, primary position, team that lost them, and either an * which means their careers are over, or I will list the year they next have any type of stats, where they will appear with the rookie player list for the 1955 or later drafts.

The 50% rule was only for position players with 50 or more PA's, or pitchers with 50 or more BF.  Any players/pitchers with less than 50 were exempt from this rule.
