STATISTICAL SEASON AT A GLANCE

Once again we take a look at the numbers our league produced compared to those of the actual players who gutted it out so that we may punch buttons in their honor.  It seemed that going to actual at bats has made a positive influence on the statistical accuracy of the final stats.  I will admit that the pitchers got the better part of the deal this year.  So get out your best carving knife and start disecting!

Also listed are the results from our past seasons so you can take a look at trends and just more numbers! It seemed though that shutouts have really improved as far as being close to real-time numbers. Stolen bases have also taken off this year as compared to years past.  Triples also made it into the plus column for the first time ever.  Don’t read this too many times.....you might get a headache!
