8.F.  Pitcher Use or Lose

	
	1. Each pitcher must appear at at least a MINIMUM of 50% of his actual real life games or 50% of batters faced on
	   the usage meter.
	
	2. When measuring Pitcher under-use only, the below criteria will be used: 
 		a) In any season, all pitchers must be used for at least 50% of their actual appearances OR reach 50% 
 		   as measured by the DMB PT% meter found in the upper right hand corner of every batter screen. 
 		   
	3. THOSE PITCHERS NOT MEETING THIS QUALIFICATION WILL BE LOST TO THE UPCOMING ROOKIE DRAFT.
	
	
	4. Teams will be allowed to have one player per team that will be immune from being lost to underusage per season.  
           Pitchers with under 50BF or 5GS are eligible, and must meet one or both criteria.  This does not affect the 
           number of players you are allowed to keep during phase 2.
