8.B.   Relief Pitcher Limits

	
	1. Pitching performance limits are measured by Innings pitched and batters faced.
	
	2. Pitchers who reach 100% of games started, 110% innings pitched, or 110% of batters faced (whichever occurs first) will be 
	   benchmarked to a "replacement player" level performance.  
	    	 
	3. Ensure that you have enough pitcher usage to cover each position to perform at carded player levels.
