7.A.    Batter Limits

	1. Batting Performance limits are measured by plate appearances.

	2. Batters who reach 115% of plate appearances will be benchmarked to a "replacement player"
	   level performance.  
	    	 
	3. Ensure that you have enough at bats to cover each position to perform at carded player levels.
