4.A.    Roster Limits

	1. Teams will consist of up to 45 players during the regular season.  	

	2. Each manager is responsible for insuring that his team has sufficient player resources to cover 
	   games played during the season.
	   
	3. You must be below 45 players on your roster to participate in the Free Agent draft.  
           This will allow teams to fill their rosters and keep teams who already have 45 players 
	   to replace them with relatively better players, while other teams have less players.
