13.A.   Division Series & League Championship Format

	1. All playoff series will be a best of seven series with a 2/3/2 format, with the
          Exception of the Divisional Series, which will be a best of five series with a 2/3 format. 
		
	2. In the Division series, the Wild Card team will face the division winner
	   with the best record.  The Division winner will have home field advantage.
	   The other two division winners will face off with the team with the best
	   record having home field advantage.
		   
	3. In the League Championship Series, Home field advantage will be determined:
	
		a.  Wild card vs. Division winner: Division winner will have home field advantage
			
		b.  Division winner vs. Division winner:  Team with better record will have HFA.
