10.I.   Round 4 and remaining rounds format

	1. Seeding from the 4th round on will be based on a 3-year average of records, with a 95-loss cap.

	2. Fewest runs will be used to break ties, with the team scoring the fewest runs over the 3-year period getting the higher seed.
