10.G.   Round 2 Format

	1. Round 2 positioning will no longer be occupied by the top 4 playoff teams
				
	2. Round 2 positions will be determined based upon the reverse order 3-year records, using a 95-loss cap. 
	   Lowest runs scored will be used to break ties.
